ITINEARY

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)

Welcome at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Meet your guide for a trek briefing and equipment check. Explore Thamel or enjoy a welcome dinner.
Overnight: Hotel in Kathmandu

Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2,860m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610m) | 3–4 hrs

Morning flight to Lukla. Trek along the Dudh Koshi River through pine forests and Sherpa villages. First glimpses of Himalayan peaks along the trail.
Overnight: Tea house in Phakding

Day 03: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) | 6–7 hrs

Cross suspension bridges, including Hillary Bridge, and enter Sagarmatha National Park. Gradual climb to Namche Bazaar, the gateway to Everest.

Day 04: Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Day 05: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860m) | 5–6 hrs

Day 06: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m) | 5–6 hrs
