7. Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, we strongly recommend insurance that covers high-altitude trekking, helicopter rescue, and medical treatment.

Absolutely. We can tailor itineraries based on your dates, fitness level, budget, and preferences.

9. What fitness level is required?

Most treks require basic to good fitness. Longer or high-altitude treks (Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Circuit, Manaslu, expeditions) require strong physical preparation.
