ITINEARY

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)
  • Airport pickup, hotel transfer
  • Trek briefing and gear check
Day 2: Drive Kathmandu → Syabrubesi (1,460m) – 7 to 8 hrs

Scenic drive through Trishuli River Valley Overnight in Syabrubesi

Day 3: Trek Syabrubesi → Lama Hotel (2,470m) – 6 hrs

Trek through forest, waterfalls, suspension bridges

Day 4: Lama Hotel → Langtang Village (3,430m) – 6 hrs

Gradual climb

Trek through dense forest and Tamang villages

Day 5: Langtang Village → Kyanjin Gompa (3,870m) – 3 to 4 hrs

Short day trek

Explore monastery, cheese factory

Day 6: Acclimatization Day in Kyanjin

Options:

  • Hike to Kyanjin Ri (4,773m) – 4 to 5 hrs
  • Hike to Tserko Ri (4,984m) – 6 to 7 hrs
Day 7: Kyanjin Gompa → Lama Hotel – 6 to 7 hrs

Descend back the same route

Day 8: Lama Hotel → Syabrubesi – 5 hrs

Last trekking day

Celebrate successful trek

Day 9: Drive Syabrubesi → Kathmandu – 7 to 8 hrs

Return to Kathmandu Free evening
